Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of working with Collective Capacity Consulting, collaborating with four remarkable consultants from Massachusetts and Texas. This BIPOC-led organization is a true powerhouse, bringing an incredible depth of knowledge, experience, and heart to their work.

In particular, I’ve had the honor of working closely with Rita Flores through our collaboration on the Keeping Black Survivors Alive project, where Rita has helped me to lead a 3-year project and a cohort of leaders from 5 BIPOC-led community-based organizations leaders in Massachusetts. Rita’s attention to detail is simply outstanding!
